Promotional Pictures
To save a file to use later (ie. flyers, posters, etc.), right click on the thumbnail and choose Save
Target As..., or click on the thumbnail and save the opened image.
Desktop Backgrounds
To make image your desktop background, click on the resolution according to your computer (if you're not sure, choose 1024 x 768).
A new window will popup with the image in it. Right-click it once it's finished loading and choose "Set As Desktop Background."
